Isley’s is a company that sets itself apart from all others, from my first call through installation and inspection I could not have asked for a better experience.
I originally called Isley’s to install a new water softener in our house. Their service was great and since then I have used them exclusively to fix plumbing and AC issues. They are prompt, courteous and straight-up about their pricing. Every time I call I get same day service, which is a must with AC problems in AZ. I highly recommend them.
This company is amazing. From the first phone call to the house call. Everyone was very friendly and thorough. They explained everything so easy to understand.
I called Isley’s when I needed service to my RO and water softener systems. George called me back, we discussed the issues and with Kim’s help, we were able to schedule a same-day appointment. He was competent and professional, and helpful when asked other general plumbing-related questions. We will definitely call Isely’s (and George) for future service work.
I have used Isley’s for all of my HVAC and plumbing needs for several years including on-going care programs. I recently had four instances of need for immediate attention to problems this summer: AC failure, water heater replacement and damaging water leaks. In all cases their communications and response occurred quickly and effectively, including after hours when needed. All of their people have been courteous and thorough, explaining all situations to my satisfaction. Isley’s has been very helpful in recommending technically and cost effective on-going maintenance programs.

From the initial appt. booking to the completion of the service work for dryer vent cleaning and water heater flush everyone was courteous, efficient, prompt and professional. This company comes highly recommended. I have had a service agreement with them for years for heating/cooling and other services. I am impressed not only by the service men that come to take care of my home but the administrative staff who handles the calls especially Melissa. Real service starts from the moment you set an appointment. I have never had a bad experience which is why I will use any other company. I have a very tricky AC system. Highly expensive and requires routine maintenance. Isley’s installed it years ago and helped me to keep it up. I have also had to have my water heater replaced which Isley’s did as well along with a replacement of my garbage disposal. All services were handled thoroughly and professional.
Isley’s has great customer service and knowledgeable, hardworking and honest plumbers. I’ve been very happy with all my recent repairs. I think their prices are fair and they stand behind their work.
I’ve been a customer for several years now, and have NEVER ONCE had any remote problem with this company. They are HONEST, professional, and very good at what they do.
We have used Isley’s Home service for the past 2 years and have never had any complaints with their tech or office personnel. Office staff are always very courteous and eager to assist. Craig and Michael worked untiringly in 105° heat to install the unit, one outside and one in our attic. They were always pleasant and diligent in what they were doing. They obviously knew what they were doing and set about doing it with few interruptions. They finished the project in about five or six hours which must be some kind of record… I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciated them and their work. I called and was moving into a new home when we realized that we did not have a hook-up for our gas dryer. With a 3-year old, this is a major problem. “Great price on unit, capable installers, and responsive front office. Our 4-ton unit was installed October 2010. Great installation. Lots of heat even when it was 28 degrees last winter. “Knowledge, experience and perseverance… About 10:30 am on Oct. 18th, I phoned you after finding wet carpet in a hallway. Within an hour, Chris arrived. He started hunting and for some time was stymied. However, through knowledge, experience, and perseverance, he located the leak in a wall 13 feet from the wet carpet in the hall. He completed the job by replacing the leaking fitting all at a reasonable price. After a bad experience seven years ago with a different plumber, I just want to express my satisfaction to you and Chris.”

“Courteous, professional service… I would like to express my utmost gratitude to two of the employees at your place of business. Last evening, I noticed a leak in my yard and called a plumbing service. Two separate services told me right away that they would not be able to fix the problem as they were sure it was a quest pipe problem and I would have to have a new line put in through a lot of patio deck work and quoted 2 to 4 thousand dollars. I had used your company in the past and decided to get an estimate from your team. As a female living alone on a nurse’s budget, I was definitely starting to panic.
